Our family owned business was established in 1993 as Central TV and VCR, located at the Ralph's shopping center intersection of Lake Forest Dr. and Trabuco Rd. In 2008, we moved to larger Industrial Service Center 2.5 miles away in the Pacific Commercentre Business Park in Lake Forest. I had a problem with our HDTV. After talking with Samsung the closest repair was 41 miles. I called a buddy's friend and he said to go to Central Electronics. If you are like me, I wasn't totally sold. However, after talking with Sam right before closing on a Friday night, he seemed not only knowledgeable but wanting to serve. Knowing the weekend was ahead and my kids were without a TV (Lord forbid! :-) ), Sam offered to come over within 90 minutes! Not only did he come over and fix the TV better than new, he explained everything he was doing and even engaged the kids. Within 45 minutes, everything was perfect! Great company, better employees! Sam is our hero!
